The Kick-off meeting of the project VAE INTERNATIONAL – Validation of acquired skills and experiences International selected under the Erasmus+ programme, KA220- VET – Cooperation partnerships in vocational education and training, was held in Nice on 3 and 4 February 2022. The Kick-off officially started the project activities, highlighting all the details and characteristics of the project and of the VAE methodology.
The project, in fact, aims at disseminating a methodology to recognise competences acquired in the workplace in the partner countries. The procedure of recognition and validation of prior learning, as developed in French practices, is a powerful factor of personal and professional development and enhancement. It allows the worker to be recognised socially and professionally, having a legitimate proof of the acquired level of competence.
During the meeting, the project partners also defined the next operational steps, happy with a solid and cooperative partnership.
