GIP FIPAN is a French legal entity under public law based in Nice. Created in 2002 , GIP FIPAN is a regional cooperation and developement tool for the Rectorate of the Académie of Nice in the field of lifelong training and professional integration.

Gip Fipan has more than 110 employees and about ten services operating in the area of Alpes-Maritimes and Var. Since 2010, the Europe&International service of Gip FIPAN has managed over 40 international projects.
